New Hall Booking Administrator

The Muir of Ord Hall and Facilities Company have appointed Joanne Cameron for the new part-time role of Hall Booking Administrator for the Village Hall.  Joanne will be working on tasks including:

  • opening and closing the Hall
  • managing bookings via the Hallmaster booking system
  • assisting with enquiries
  • cash handling
  • testing the fire alarm
  • assisting with hall promotion

Joanne has already starting using our Facebook page and as soon as she is set up with an email address and mobile number, we will post these on the Village Hall webpage.
