The Muir Hub, our newest Community Building opened on the 21st of January 2017 . Visit The Muir Hub website.

The project has involved the community taking ownership of the Old Tarradale School building and restoring and developing this valued community assest in to a community hub.

There are meeting rooms, heritage and local information, retail area for local art and crafts, an auditorium which features retractable seating and stage with cinema and sound systems.

The Cafe in the Hub is run by the Calman Trust, who have the successful Cafe Artysans in Inverness. Calman are a social enterprise providing training for local young people.

The Muir Hub is managed by the Muir of Ord Hall and Facilities Company and we have dedicated volunteers in our Hub Development Group who are developing the Hub’s operational plans, activities and events.
