Booking the Village Hall

Due to the refurbishment of the village hall, you are currently unable to book the hall online. Please get in touch with us on 01463 870 588 for enquiries. we will keep this page up to date to when we will be taking booking again.

To book the Muir of Ord Village Hall you need to do two things:

  1. 1) reserve a time in the Village Hall on Hallmaster – click Here  and then click on the ‘+’ on the day you want to book.

2) fill in, sign and return this form: Muir of Ord HALL HIRE FORM 2016

Until you have done both, you do not have a booking!

Please book online otherwise we have to put it into the Hallmaster system for you! We used to take bookings by mobile phone, but we don’t do that any more.

If you could help to run the Hall in any way please get in touch via our Facebook page

  1. I had provisionally booked the village hall for Friday 8th July. The event is now not going to happen – too many people are going to be away on holiday. I’m not sure how to cancel the booking on line – so hope you can do this for me. Thanks. I hope that I will be able to re-schedule the event for 2017.

    Thanks, Joan Munro
